What is the Grouped Billing service?
The Grouped Billing (FA) service allows to concentrate in a single invoice, several electric services located in different sites of the served area of CNFL and with different expiration dates, in such a way that the client, instead of having to carry out a management administrative to cancel one by one the different bills for electricity service, you can make a single payment of a single invoice that includes all the services that the client has decided to group.

Who is the service for?
It is aimed at customers who must perform payment management of more than 5 electrical services during the month, allowing them to perform a single payment management. In this category are banking entities, public institutions, autonomous institutions, restaurant chains, commercial clients, real estate companies, etc.
What benefits does it offer?
What benefits does grouped invoicing offer?
The most significant benefits for the client are the following:
1- Facilitates the management and control of payments.
2- The grouped billing information is sent electronically the first 12 days of each month.
3- The grouped invoice has a unique expiration date that corresponds to the 25 of each month; in case the 25 corresponds to a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the expiration date is transferred to the next business day of the month.
4- A file containing the summary of all the grouped services and all the items billed for each of these services is delivered monthly.
5- The grouped services can be in the name of the person directly responsible for payment or on behalf of third parties, a condition very common in rented premises.
6- Reduction in the use of paper when having to print, for internal procedures, only the grouped invoice and not the one corresponding to each one of the individual services.
7- Requests for inclusion or exclusion of services are made by email.

What special conditions does the Grouped Billing service have?
Some special conditions of the Grouped Billing service are the following:
1- The services that make up the bundled invoice can not be canceled individually, the only receivable bill is the main one.
2- The late fee applies to the total grouped invoice and not to each individual service.
3- All the services grouped in the same grouped invoice must be of the same type of electricity tariff, whether residential, commercial, industrial, medium voltage, promotional, social, among others.
4- Payments made through electronic funds transfer (TEF) must be notified immediately to the CNFL, indicating the number of the invoice that is being canceled, in order to proceed to apply the payment in the commercial system, since by itself only the TEF is not an official means of payment.
5- To exclude or include services to the bundled invoice, the customer must request 10 days before the date of issue of the invoice of the particular electric service that he wishes to include or exclude from the bundled invoice and such service must be without payment.

What are the requirements to request the Grouped Billing service?
The requirements to opt for the Grouped Billing service are the following:
1- All the services to be included in the grouped invoice must be without payment.
2- Form "Authorization to carry out the grouped billing of electrical services" duly filled and signed.
3- Application note signed by the legal representative of the company with details of the services to be grouped, indicating for each one the NISE number or electric contract and the electrical location.
4- Legal status with less than one month of issue.
5- Copy of the identification card of the legal representative.
