Requirements.

General requirements.

A.1. For natural person:

- Original identity card for nationals, if they are foreigners must present documents proving their stay in the country, either: residence card, temporary permit for filing, refugee card, resident pensioner card or rentier resident card, territorial asylee card.

A.2 For legal entity:

- Original legal status (not greater than one month issued).

- OriginaL identity card of legal representative, if they are foreigners must present documents that prove their stay in the country, either: residence card, temporary permit for filing, refugee card, resident pensioner card or rentier resident , territorial asylee card.

Specific requirements.

- Present original of the Certificate of Receipt issued by the CFIA for the service connection request.

- Written request sent one week in advance, signed (manuscript or digital) by the legal representative and must contain: Localization number or reference meter and meter number and / or location in which the consumption of the service provided will be charged once the provision of the service has ended. - Comply with the provisions of the Technical Regulation "Supervision of the installation and equipment of electrical connections" (AR-NT-SUINAC) and with the Costa Rican Electric Code for the Safety of Life and Property.

- Present original of the Certificate of Receipt issued by the CFIA for the service connection request.

- Present original installation permit issued by the competent authority (Municipality or MOPT).

- Cancel the guarantee deposit whose amount is determined by the current rate.

- Application signature (handwritten signature or digital signature)
