- The moratorium of up to 50% will apply to customers who consume more than 2000 kWh.

- Application must be made through the virtual means of the CNFL.

- Starting tomorrow, customer service will be 100% virtual through the channels that the CNFL has available.

575.000 CNFL clients can carry out procedures and consultations without leaving their homes

- Attention through WhatsApp operates from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM and Saturdays until 3:00 PM.

- APP, Virtual Agency and line 1026 are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
