La Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz, SA puts at your disposal this means of communication, so you can file a complaint related to possible irregular or illegal facts about the use and management of public funds, or a complaint regarding the provision of services provided by the CNFL SA

These types of complaints are processed by the Internal Audit Department, and the use and management of public funds that affect the Public Treasury are related to possible irregular or illegal acts.

This type of complaints are handled by the Customer's Marketing and Management Unit, and are all situations that refer to the provision of services of the Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz.
